Kappa Joins Hands with Huayi Brothers

(25 Feb, 2009) The leading international sportswear brand enterprise in the PRC, China Dongxiang (Group) Co., Ltd. ("China Dongxiang" or "the Company"; stock code: 3818, together with its subsidiaries the "Group") announced its cross-border cooperation with Huayi Brothers Media Group (Huayi Brothers), a leading entertainment and media firm, at the "2009 Kappa.Huayi Brothers Strategic Alliance Press Conference" held in the Grand Millennium Beijing on 24 February, 2009.

Since the introduction of the Italian sports fashion brand - Kappa by China Dongxiang in 2002, its brand positioning which combines European taste with sporty fashion, sexy and stylish elements has gained widespread popularity nationwide. As a pioneer in China's sports fashion wear industry, China Dongxiang has put forth a great deal of effort in cross-border marketing programmes.
