Super Stars Lighten up Beijing City Kappa OMINI 40th Anniversary Party Achieved Great Success
[23 July 2009, Hong Kong] The leading international sportswear brand enterprise in the PRC, China Dongxiang (Group) Co., Ltd. ("China Dongxiang" or "the Company"; stock code: 3818) held a grand celebration party on 17 July to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Kappa OMINI (the back-to-back logo of Kappa brand) since it was created.
The party took place in the Beijing Ming Great Wall Heritage Park. A number of distinguished guests attended the party including Mr. Marco Boglione, President and CEO of BasicNet Group, owner of the Italian Kappa brand as well as Mr. Riccardo Sessa, the Italian Ambassador in China,. In addition, a group of well-known celebrities also showed up at the event, including Chinese rock star SHIN and famous star Berlin Chen. Both of them contributed unique designs of their own as limited edition of Kappa brand products to celebrate its 40th anniversary. They also performed a catwalk show during the party. Yu Quan, Jessey Meng and Laure Shang, well-known artist under Huayi Brothers Media Group, a leading entertainment and media firm in China; the Dream Boat Star (a soccer team formed by Chinese celebrities) as well as famous sports stars including former Olympic diving champion Gao Min and former Olympic gymnastics champion Ma Yanhong also attend the celebration event which resulted in great success.
