China Dongxiang Achieves Robust Growth in 3Q2010 Sales Fair Order book grew by 22% year-on-year

[24 March 2010, Hong Kong] The leading international sportswear brand enterprise in the PRC, China Dongxiang (Group) Co., Ltd. ("China Dongxiang" or "the Company"; stock code: 3818, together with its subsidiaries the "Group") announced that order book value recorded in 3Q2010 sales fair grew by 22% year-on-year, demonstrating positive response from distributors towards Kappa brand as well as a promising market outlook.

The 2010 third quarter sales fair was held in Beijing in March 2010. The PAC collection, a collection designed by Mr. Michael Michalsky, the former global creative director of Adidas, which was highly expected by market, received overwhelming response from distributors.

Mr. Qin Dazhong, CEO of China Dongxiang, said, "The encouraging results of 3Q2010 sales fair shown that distributors are casting a vote of confidence to us as well as Kappa products. This also suggests that consumer sentiment is improving while retail market is recovering from financial crisis.
