China Dongxiang Announces 2Q2011 Sales Fair Results * * * Order book value grew by 2.8% year-on-year

[23 November 2010, Hong Kong] The leading international fashion sportswear brand enterprise in the PRC, China Dongxiang (Group) Co., Ltd. ("China Dongxiang" or "the Company"; stock code: 3818, together with its subsidiaries the "Group"), announced that the Group's 2Q2011 sales fair recorded 2.8% growth year-on-year in order book value.

Mr. Qin Dazhong, CEO of China Dongxiang, said, "The results of the 2Q2011 sales fair were attributable to the proactive adjustment of the operational strategies by the management. In light of the challenging operating environment in China's sportswear industry, retailers are facing pressure in their operations. As such, we asked our distributors to place pre-orders prudently for this sales fair and make full use of the Group's improving supply chain system to achieve flexible replenishment order. In addition, we will continue to place our relentless efforts in further strengthening our design creativity and product portfolio. New products are expected to launch in the 3Q2011 sales fair in an effort to better meet the demand of our target customers."
